What is a pass?
A pass is simply a Dynamic Pass, which is a digital representation of information such as text, images and barcodes, that would otherwise be printed on paper or plastic, e.g. coupons. A Dynamic Pass lets customers take action in the physical world, but unlike paper or plastic, it can be updated or changed at any time.
What happens if I go over my pass limit?
You don't need to worry about this. We've set up each account so that pass volume is less of a concern, meaning that you can focus on your business goals through creating and distributing passes. If the number of passes you're distributing is getting close to your account limit, we'll send you a reminder. You can also choose to upgrade your account at any time if you want to distribute more Dynamic Passes.
What does it mean when a pass expires?
When passes expire, users will no longer receive updates or notifications for those passes. Expired passes are no longer dynamic and there is no more interaction from business to consumer. Users can still keep the pass in their phone but it will be static.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments through PayPal and Visa/Master Card. If you cannot use these mode of payments, please contact us and we'll sort it out.
What add-ons and customizations do you provide?
We provide additional customizations which include pass campaign enhancements, social sharing tools, management tools, additional support, advisory and consulting services.
How much does each customization cost?
Each customization item varies in price. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis. Simply select the customisations you are interested in and we will get in touch with you shortly.
